Our Technician will do a walk through inspection with you to identify soiling conditions, carpet fiber type, and potential permanent stains. Sofas chairs and tables will be carefully moved. Larger pieces, such as beds and dressers are left in place under our regular pricing structure. Furniture will be protected with disposable blocks and tabs.
Pipe leaks, refrigerator line breaks, washing machine overflows, roof leaks, or rising water from outside are all emergencies we've dealt with. In every case, we can minimize damage. In some cases, we can even save your carpet, drywall, baseboards, cabinets, tile floors, and wood floors from major damage or replacement.

I had Jose and his son from High Tech just clean my carpets for my home. They are an amazing team. They are professional, informative, reliable, timely and the end result is fabulous. I have oriental rugs on cherry hardwood floors throughout about 90% of my house. I also have two greyhounds. This is the second time I have had High Tech Carpet Cleaning out to pick up my rugs,, take them into their plant, care for them and return them. I am absolutely delighted with the work that was done. The rugs were brought back looking clean and bright - and smelling fresh. If I were attaching a number to my satisfaction, on a scale of 1-10, I would give them a 15. They were easy to work with, they acommodated my schedule, and left the rooms looking so much better.

High Tech is best carpet cleaning service I have ever used. I've been called a clean freak more than once and wouldn't use any other carpet cleaning service. High Tech professionals do it right. Rugs are vacuumed first then steam cleaned. High Tech will also be cleaning our off white porcelain tile floors. We've used them for many years. I highly recommend High Tech services.
