Ameri-Best Carpet Cleaning service did a great job. We used them twice to clean our carpets for stains and soil filtration. They were responsive in their communication. They came when they said they would. They moved furniture as needed. Our rugs never looked so good. Other companies said that they could not help us with soil filtration. Joe Martinez and Nelson did a great job with that problem. I would highly recommend this company. I already have!

Very friendly and helpful on the phone. Timely and efficient service. They were able to remove stains from my 10 year old carpet that I really didn't think would come out. They are only slightly more expensive than the discount carpet cleaning services and more than worth it because they can actually get the job done!

We hired Joe and crew to power wash our house prior to listing it. Because of the weather, the job had to be split over two days. Without going into a lot of details, after a series of mishaps on the first day, we were on the verge of canceling the rest of the job. Joe asked for the chance to make it right. We agreed and Joe proved to be a man of his word. He fixed all the damage caused by a too-hard spray and replaced shutters that cracked in the process. It was a pleasure to do business with him and I recommend him highly.

"I would recommend them to anyone! We moved into a house last year that smelt of cigarette smoke from the previous owner. After painting the house, we had Joe come and clean the carpets. The house smelt fresh and the smoke smell was taken out and has not returned after a year. They always do a great job!"

What a difference! Wow. After 15 years of pet and baby carpet stains and attempts to clean, my husband and I were thinking we had to replace our den carpet. Pam, the office manager was really nice...no question was a bad question. She was SO patient! I explained how bad the carpet was and she said, just let Joe come out and see if it was salvageable. Wow. Salvageable is an understatement. When they got done cleaning my carpet, I asked them to do my sofa as well. BOTH look like they are brand new! The carpet was so incredibly bad with puppy and baby food stains, but Joe and his guys got that carpet
