As a house owner on the Seattle area east side looking for house exterior panting services, what would expect? To receive quality services, right? Definitely yes, but that would not be the whole story. Those who have gone through house painting projects can tell you that being able to book a quality painting companies that finish the job in timely fashion is as important. It’s not unusual that in the Summer you called panting companies and the earliest date they could book you would be the next Spring !!!

Nader was easy to work with. I called a few companies for a quote, and Unique Painting and Design answered the first time I called, and they were able to come out to my property and give a quote on the same day. I ended up using a different company due to my agent recommendation but ultimately I would have felt comfortable using this company and they provided a fair quote for the work that needed to be done.

The job was top-notch from start to finish. Nader is very responsive and easy to communicate with. He came out the next day I called to give me a quote the same day. His prices were very competitive and his team was fast and efficient. The whole thing was done within a few days. Great job done by Nader and team! Everyone that has visited our place has complimented us for how professionally done the paint job was. A few corrections required some return trips, but there was never any hesitation to come back and finish the job. The experience was relatively stress free and home turned out beautifully. They painted walls, ceiling, doors, baseboards and kitchen and bathroom cabinets. They also did custom work by reconfiguring the kitchen cabinets so we could change out an OTR microwave with a range hood plus they ordered new doors to fit below the farmhouse sink.

Nader and his team did an amazing job painting the interior of my new townhouse. He quickly responded and scheduled a walkthrough and gave us a quote the same day as our walkthrough. He was also quick to respond to emails and text messages throughout the whole process. It took his team approximately 3-4 days to complete the job. I have 2,010 square foot townhouse and they painted the whole thing including the ceilings! They also repaired preexisting damage to the walls which was awesome! I love the work that they did and would use them again and would highly recommend!

I cannot tell you How PLEASED we are with Unique Painting and Designs!! They did an Amazing job painting our house and garage!! Their price was very resonable!! Nader (the owner) came out same day we called him to give us a quote, and next day we had a full crew 8:00am on site. They were very polite and did a Wonderful job of painting and cleanup!! Cannot understand the great reviews. Quality and workmanship were subpar...just about the laziest I've ever seen and the attention to detail was sorely lacking, as was crew professionalism. Communication and followthrough of obligations was also terrible.
They showed up on a weekend to start painting on a vacant house I have for sale. I get there in the evening and I find the three man crew out on the back deck drinking Modelo beer and they're saying they're going to get in, get the ceilings and closets done, and be out the next day.

The short version is we love Nader and Unique Painting & Design - hire them! Now here's the long version:
Picture your most annoying clients; impossible timeline, limited budget, highly detailed oriented to the point that it verges on OCD - that's us! Well, we had two days to move into a home after we sold our house and wanted the entire interior (yes, closets too) painted before we moved all our stuff in. Oh, and did I mention that the previous owners had 6 different shades of bright colors throughout the house including a room with stripes?
So I went on yelp, found a few places

Nader and his team did a great job painting the exterior of our house. He was also very prompt in dropping by multiple times before the actual schedule to show us sample colors and suggest combinations.. Nader is a very cooperative and friendly guy. His rates are also very affordable. He is a detailed person and will make sure that the job is done to perfection.

If I could give Unique Painting and Design 10 stars, I would. Nader, the owner, responded to my request initiated on YELP to provide a quote within 30 minutes. He assessed the scope of my project instantly via photos and understood my urgency (i.e., my family room and bathroom were inaccessible). All other contractors I reached out to had no concern for my urgency and informed me that they could not help me for several months and my project was too small for them to bother. Contrast that experience with Unique Painting and Design. Nader found a way to fit me into the schedule within a few days

Unique Painting and Design(Nader), they did a great job!! They've painted our entire house in and outside, timely, professionally, deliver what they had promised and very easy to communicate with, though we do have very high demand to the painting quality. That are by far the BEST contractor that we have ever met. Nader also has a great team and they do focus on every detail that we are concerned about and fulfill what we need about the house.

We recently hired Nader and his crew to paint the exterior of our home. Nader himself is great to work with, very responsive and eventually makes sure that the customer is satisfied. His crew however is a different story. When they painted my fence, they left the floor and some of the plants uncovered so there was paint all over. I had to walk out and tell them to cover up the plants. Later, Nader made sure that I had new mulch in my garden to cover up the paint splattered mulch.
The trim around my front door had the paint peeling off, so instead of sanding/scraping it down they simply painted

I was searching the internet for a Wood-working – Cabinets/Entertainment center to be build for my recent purchased home in the Kirkland area. I found several contractors with differents cost estimates, and end up selecting Nader. I found him to be very reasonable, flexible, and very understanding to customer needs. He builds the cabinet/entertainment center, as well as, paints the interior living and dining rooms ceiling, including crown moldings installation. I was very pleased and happy with his finished work.
We highly recommend him to other for a good quality work.

Nader painted my home recently. He was quick to respond and quote. He and Juan were efficient, respectful and asked questions to confirm the exact scope of work.
The quality of their work was great, especially as they painted a double story entrance with awkward angles and did an accent wall with great, crisp edging.
Nader's pricing was very transparent and reasonable, and I appreciated that he was very quick to answer all questions I had.
I have already refered him to friends, who have used him and also been happy.
