We had an amazing experience working with Cool Air Miami Pro. We called on a Saturday afternoon and within a few hours a technician arrived. He immediately identified the problem and it was fixed in about an hour. I trusted him when he checked other things and shared with us that the rest of the system was good and didn’t need any work. He only fixed what was truly necessary and the price was fair.

The service call was between 11am to 2pm. The technician showed up at 11:42am. Tevin was extremely pleasant and professional. He wore his face mask when speaking to me and entering my home. He replaced the compressor motor (after he received authorization from the office) and explained to me other items I should also consider (yearly basic maintenance to clean inside the package unit which I am considering and age of replacement). Overall I was very satisfied with the service and will recommend to others. Cool Air Miami Pro provided a very fast turn around for my AC issue. I am not a paid employer

Lior B came on a Sunday evening and kept us updated before his arrival which was very much appreciated . He identified the issue very quickly and explained the work needed and disclosed the itemized cost so we could make a decision. He was very nice, respectful and calm. My 12 years old AC unit broke. Cool Air Miami Pro was able to come out the next day to give me an estimate for new unit. They were super professional and not pushy. They answered all of my questions honestly and gave expert advice. Installers were super nice and polite. They make sure everything was installed properly and clean. Thanks COOL AIR MIAMI PRO for your excellent service. Yuri, the technician that was dispatched to my residence was pleasant, diligent and professional. More importantly he identified the issue and showed the damaged parts and areas that needed repair. I requested a receipt ( as I paid in cash) and he promptly sent me and itemized receipt to my email. The issue is now resolved and I’m enjoying cool air. I was very happy and satisfied with the professionalism and service provided by Kinsley. He called me before the appointment with ETA, showed up on time, was able to explain what needed to be repaired and how, checked other things related to the AC.
