I cannot say enough good things about Brian's Flooring! Jared went above and beyond to get a crew to my house ASAP to fix my carpet that my dog decided to do some damage to. They did a fantastic job and were able to fix the carpet instead of replacing the portion which is what I was hoping for! Thank you so much again for all of your help!

Installers did a very good job and acted professionally.
Sales rep Stephanie was nice and helpful.
I would rank 5 stars except for the fact that we had a whole box of hardwood which was told could not be returned! It seems to me it should be as I am sure it could be used on another job.

Brian's is very helpful at tile selection and design . . . DO NOT LET THEM MEASURE YOUR PROJECT AND ORDER FROM THEIR MEASUREMENTS, ESPECIALLY IF THE TILE IS SPECIAL ORDER, AS THERE ARE NO RETURNS! Knowing that, you would think, at least we did, that a professional would not miss measurements for the floor by 16+ sq ft and tube surround the same equivalent. We tried to purchase local, not "big box" but the return policy at "big box" alone makes that our first stop on our next project, heck now I know I can measure, and if I'm over, "big box" will accept returns.
