Patrick is a second generation pest control operator who grew up helping with his parent's pest control company in Killeen, Texas. Patrick was born and raised In Killeen, Texas and graduated from Killeen High School in 1981. Patrick has been happily married to his wife Lisa for 32 years. They have two children, Christopher and Kayla who both work for the family company and three Grandsons Daxton, Pryor & Peyton.

Chris was professional, efficient and informative. I’ve used their services twice and I highly, highly recommend their business. They have the best customer service. They were always on time when they said they would, so I never had to wait around for hours. Plus, they have good prices and efficient results. Very helpful and came out quickly. Educated me on my concerns with pests and answered all of my questions. Good man and fair to me. Worked quickly but I didn't feel he rushed nor BS around. We had conversation too which I enjoyed which helped the time go by as well.

I called Affordable Termite and Pest Control today to set up an appointment for a termite inspection, as I had seen termites fly out from behind a piece of trim by our back door. I spoke to a very pleasant young woman on the phone who took my name and address and asked me a few questions. She scheduled us for Wednesday the 20th. She then asked me if we had a slab foundation or a pier and beam foundation. I told her it was a pier and beam and she informed me that there would be a $50 fee for the inspection. This business has truly been a godsend once my apartment unit started to experience a slight cockroach infestation! We never had those issues before and assume they came from a new tenant, and I guess in the big scheme it wasn’t that bad, but I didn’t want to see them at all! I felt so uncomfortable in my own home. The office manager, Kayla, was patient and thorough with all of my questions and the price can’t be beat. Chris, our exterminator on now two occasions, is SOO friendly, informative and pleasant! After the first visit and a few days for it to kick in, the roach activity went down

After talking to 3 companies Patrick was the most knowledgeable and HONEST technician we had! He came just for a consultation and was just amazing! He gave me so much information and was very professional and helped a lot with our issue, genuine honest work compared to the other companies in Killeen 100% recommend and will be definitely using again!
