I hired JM Floors to install Lifeproof bamboo floors from Home Depot. They installed the floors (click lock system), transition pieces and new shoe molding, and sanded and refinished some wood stairs to match. Josip and his team did excellent work at an excellent price. On top of that he is probably one of the most genuinely nice people I've met. He went out of his way to help me during the project, picking up the materials so I wouldn't have to pay shipping, etc. and in general made my life a lot easier.

Mr. J was very on time during the two weeks that he and his crew were working on our project. When he came to give us estimates, he told us the quote right away and didn't take days to get back to us. He is very honest person and very professional in his work and more than a contractor he became our friend. He replaced the second floor carpet with oak and he built the stairs very nicely. We brought more than 7 contractors before we chose JM floors and we are very happy that we chose them. We recommend him and his team for floor and specially stairs project. Any one can install floors but not everyone

First meeting him he was great and knowledgeable. We agreed on price to include materials. We paid although he did not come with the receipt he promised he did generate an invoice to show we paid. We were scheduled and then called a week later to reschedule. I called and texted to confirm my date and the day of service NO CALL NO SHOW!!! I called no answer and after calling off a different number he picked up with NO APOLOGY initially. Needless to say i got left with materials with no installer. He attempted to schedule us after this all and had the nerve to ask for 50% after his no show
