I had fluid running out of my septic system and KT basically diagnosed the problem right over the phone. He sent his one truck out and they pumped the tank and cleaned the filter which the filter was the problem (he said that would be the problem over the phone). Awesome people and great prices!!! Will be using again whenever needed..

I was hearing gurgling in toilets and sinks occasionally for the past week. This morning I had brown residue in our master bathtub. Like water had backfilled in it then drained and left the brown residue behind. Also had the master toilet slightly overflow while not being used. I called KT Moore, he had me do a bunch of troubleshooting before hand to save me the service. My home is only a year and half old and that's rare to need a pump out. After going through all the trouble shooting first, it did come to a conclusion that it needed to be pumped, which I verified it was full. I really

To Ms. Mysteria Carter you need to realize Mr. KT Moore has a drawn out southern draw and when he answers the phone he says Hi (and then a little pause) how can I help you and yes I agree with you it does sound like I can't help you but that's not what he is really saying. This gentleman is going by a house to check the leach field on his own accord because someone removed a storage building with a rollback and drove right over the leach field. So please call him back Ms. Mysteria Carter and I guarantee he will answer the same way but he is not saying he can't help you when he first answers.

I just called and a gentleman answered the phone..."Hello"... I said "Hi, is this KT septic"? He then replied " I can't help you". "Ok, thank you", I said. A little weird if you are a public business, I never used them and I guess I cant since he could not help me. I would hope that is not how they do business, normally!
