The service after the sale was lacking. Had to have worker come back out several times.
I ended up having to chalk a separation in seam at bottom of backsplash.
Not much of a discount for military retiree; pretty pricey.
And Stacey (sales) would only acknowledge my wife; wouldn’t even look at me (the breadwinner)!

Update- 5.30.16-I wanted to share some thoughts on our bathroom renovation. We had the absolute best builder in OCMD. Even though our project was small compared to the gigantic, custom homes Kevin (CEO) and his company normally take on -it didn't matter. Kevin treated us and our project as if it was just as important-including coming on site… multiple times to check in. We had fantastic service, communication, and an amazing final product.
