Called Roof Time to see if they could help last minute with a major leak at a property I manage.The owner found someone before but they were quick to respond and available the same day. Since immediate need got taken care of I asked to get an estimate for new roof. They were available 2 days later. I will be calling again for work on other properties.

They replaced some of my cedar shakes on my exterior walls and roof. They refinished the remaining shakes that weren't replaced and my decks and stairs. The crews worked hard and did an amazing job in spite of having to juggle visits in between rain storms in the very wet rainy season of 2018-2019.

We had Roof Time complete a re-roofing of my father's property that included transitioning from Shake to architectural shingle. At the time of quote, we were not aware that he had serviced the roof years earlier to try and maximize the existing roof. As in the past, we found the work to be exceptional and the quote to be extremely reasonable. The delivered on time and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. They encountered some additional work that exceeded the scope of the initial quote, but still honoured the initial bid since it didn't add additional days. I live in Seattle
