He founded the company to provide the local Annandale MN community with a plumbing, heating and air conditioning service that was personal, honest and dependable. Eventually my father Marv took over the company and expanded to offer a wider range of services.

An air conditioner cools your home with a cold indoor coil called the evaporator. The condenser, a hot outdoor coil, releases the collected heat outside.

Our furnace quit working very early morning on the coldest day in many years. We called Howard's and spoke with Buck immediately. They had received other calls at that point, but said they would be over as soon as possible. Within a couple of hours they arrived. Buck was able to determine right away what the problem was. A quick trip back to his shop for the needed part and he returned. Upon returning he had the furnace up and running in no time. Very professional, very prompt, informative, and knowledgeable. My wife and I would highly recommend Howard's Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning!

Buck has helped us in a pinch with our dishwasher, hot water heater and furnace at our cabin...hot water heater and furnace were emergency situations. Always professional, leaves the work area neat and clean. Highly, highly recommended!! If you ever have an issue with heating / ac do yourself a favor and get a hold of Howard's!
