I happened upon Summit View Auto after working on the Kelley Blue Book website to determine the value of my car, and I am very glad that I did. After getting a number from Kelley I received an email the following morning from John at Summit View. I called him back and we were able to make a deal that was actually higher than the value than the blue book value. If you have a used car to sell please do yourself a favor and work through Summit View. They purchased my car and paid off my old loan with ZERO hiccups. Next time I buy or sell a car I will certainly be giving Summit a shot at my business

I have purchased 2 cars from this dealership over the past 15 years. Their prices are reasonable and they have a nice selection. Even though I purchased this car during the COVID-19 pandemic, the transaction was easy.
While I wasn't able to test drive the car first, I worked out an arrangement whereby I had a 4 hours and and up to 100 mi from the time of delivery to return the car if I wasn't satisfied, and receive a 100% refund.
Turns out that I discovered that there was a defect with the transmission (Torque Converter and ECM)--I notified the dealership and they got right back to

First, I was directed to this dealership after searching for dealers interested in purchasing a used vehicle. After inputting the car data into the online form I received an 'offer' which seemed low but fair if they were to buy on the spot within minutes. Made an appointment to bring the car in for an inspections. Was greeted buy some punk, not the person I made the appointment with, who was immediately in my face and making demands! He wanted a copy of the registration!!! What? Why? He didn't want to look at the registration, he wanted to make a photocopy of the registration. So

Amazing service! I inquired online one morning and got response within an hour from Matt Witt who made the process quick, simple and stress-free. I went in for a test drive that same day and walked out in less than an hour later signed off on my first car. I went to the Dodge dealership just down the road and when I arrived, nobody knew who I was and had no idea i was scheduled for a test drive and was not helpful at all and showed no initiative or interest in my business.

The car is nice but the office staff lost my paystub, then lost the verification of address on a bill, then screwed up my loan. I ended up having to sign another amended loan after having the car 2 weeks, which they said would be about $3 more each payment it wasnt it was $20 more!!! Anytime Ive ever bought a vehicle the loan contract was done at the time of purchase not adjusting it 2 weeks later for more money!!!! Then the sales person said if i write a positive review they would send me a wegmans card never seen it must be lost with my other paperwork.

After owning lemon after lemon and dealing with typical car dealer sleazeballs I have become very pessimistic when it comes to the car buying process. I had originally just gone out to look at cars for my mother, just to keep her company. I knew that I needed a new car but I was just not in the financial situation to do such a thing so I decided to vote my attention to my mothers new car buying process. Do not buy a car from this place- Do not even fill out an information request for a car from his place- if you stumble upon a great deal that leads to a website about summit view auto llc immediately close the browser and look at a big time dealership; this place is so shady.

DON'T BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! first the financial part they hit my credit 6 times without even telling me! Than when it was time to sign papers they told me how great there Warranty's were so I purchased the warranty,after having the truck for only a few weeks the tread was coming off my tire and the other was leaking but guess what the rim and tire protection I bought doesn't cover that this truck has been awful everything has gone wrong and the warranty doesn't cover anything the airbag light has been on since I pulled out of parking lot but there techs don't fix that

STAY AWAY FROM THE TRIBECA!!! I bought the tribeca in October the second day of owning the vehicle on my way to work 3 engine lights came on. Long story short the replaced the motor and did not tell us until we had to go above management and speak directly to the owner. They ended up buying us out of the car and to my disbelief the car was back for sale! The company did the right thing by buying the vehicle from us but their customer service was terrible the 78 days we owned the vehicle out of that 78 days or owning it they had it in their shop for 48!! Please make sure you thoroughly look over

Purchased a 2004 Kia Sedona from Summit View. The purchase process was relaxed and friendly. No hype. Not HUUUuuuuuuge. After driving the vehicle for a few days - an alert light went off on the dash and we noted a groan in the power-steering. Summit View stepped up and fixed both issues - no problem. After a few more weeks of driving, the brakes went out. And I do mean OUT. The brakes lines were corroded through. Initially Summit View informed us that they were not responsible. I spoke with a few folks there and they were fairly adamant about their stand. So - we took the van to a repair

Bought from them a year ago. Very friendly to take your money. But customer service is not in their best interest. I called many times and they just keep telling me the manager is going to call back. NOPE. Not one time he ever called. I had to call back a week later. Also their repair shop RIDGEVIEW is NO GOOD also. Never fixed my issue I had with the car that I bought from them. I don't know if all these review are from their friends and family but all the people that I talked that bought a car from them can relate to me. They sell junk cars rigged to sell and that's it. Stay away from

I made the mistake of buying a car sight-unseen from these crooks. I was assured I was buying a dent and rust-free vehicle. I was even sent pictures to confirm. What I took delivery of did not meet their descriptions. I received a vehicle with several soft dents and major structural rust. This was clearly someone's winter vehicle. Don't trust a word these people tell you.
