Brannock Enterprises is a general contracting firm located in Amissville, Virginia. We have been building homes and providing residential and commercial construction services in Northern Virginia and the surrounding areas since 1984. Guy works with care and dedication. he is more than just a contractor; he is also a craftsman, immensely professional, extremely personable and calm. Guy appreciated little details that meant a lot to us but that other contractors had seemed to overlook. Guy does the job right! He maintained a pleasant attitude throughout the project and cheerfully accommodated us when we requested changes to the original plans.
There is an incredibly special, beautiful place on our property that we call Ashlyn Pond. We had a custom guest house and studio designed to sit at the edge and overlook that large, deep pond. The design included cathedral ceilings with custom wood beams, a two-story wall of windows facing the pond, a two-story stone fireplace, a deck overlooking the pond, and loft.
This Madison, Virginia studio / garage / guest house was custom built for a client who is an avid gardener and who wanted a dedicated space for potting plants and creating floral arrangements, as well as an exercise room and separate guest house. The exterior features reverse board and batten cedar and cedar shakes, stained with Sikens solid stain.
