We had Dominick come to give us an estimate on trimming our trees and removing one on May 10, 2019. He said the he could come sometime the week of May 13th. We called him on May 16th and he gave us the date of Wednesday of May 22. It was raining so he said that he do it on Friday May 24. He called us late in the day and said that his Grandmother had broken her leg and he was the only one that could help her and he rescheduled again to Wednesday May 29. When he had not come by 10:00 we called him again and he said that he would be over late afternoon. He didn't show up or did not call

Super disappointed. Came out and provided quote for tree trimming, set up a date for him to come out and trim. Came out to trim, but someone from crew had called in and wasn't able to complete the job that day, said he would call at the beginning of the week to get rescheduled. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard from him, I've even reached out to him in case he forgot and that was even a week ago.
