Just had Cody stop by today to trouble shoot why my boiler pump was not activating when a zone called for heat. He was able to arrived sooner than originally said. Found the trouble in quick order. He didn’t just switch parts and charge for them, in fact he even took off a part he put on to test my furnace and reinstalled my original part after he determined it was not the problem. This tells me they aren’t just going to put on parts until it works. I like that. He discovered an additional problem with a zone that was stuck open and installed a new Erie zone valve which I happened to have.

Very helpful. They talked us through our options and fixed our furnace quickly. They were very polite and professional. Would use them again. Thanks
