Took our ideas and ran with it. The design that Bill came up with is beautiful and functional. Jessica and Jenn were able to help us blend new with old. Very hard to do this yourself unless you have a great design eye, which we did not have. Mickey is a perfectionist. All came together during COVID and supply chain issues. Mickey Elias and his team as well all of his subcontractors worked incredibly well together to bring our dream into reality. Mickey was very professional throughout the entire process. Once we had decided to perform the basement finish, he provided a very detailed schedule that was adhered to almost perfectly over the course of the project. A few years back I spoke with 3-4 contractors about replacing the railing spindles along six steps going up to our living room and the railings in the living area. Approximately 35 LF of railing total. Mickey's quote was very competitive. And for a younger man, he came across very confident and experienced, and outlined his recommendations. We were very pleased with all aspects of the job, and I would highly recommend Mickey and his company.

Elias was absolutely outstanding during the remodeling of our 2.5 bathrooms. Jessica is so much fun to work with in picking out design elements. Anton and Mickey were in frequent communication letting us know daily what to expect for subcontractors and work to be accomplished. They were on time and on budget and the finished product exceeded our expectations!!

The Elias team updated our main floor area, including our kitchen, 1/2 bath, laundry room and extending hardwood floors throughout main floor. There service was excellent. They accomplished everything we asked for and more. There was a delay in our construction for about 3 weeks because of the COVID-19 pandemic but Mickey and his crew kept us informed of what they were doing to get back on site as soon as they safely could. When they returned they Mickey and Anton discussed with us in advance of the safety procedures that were being put into place and if we were uncomfortable at anytime to let them know our concerns and they would make alterations to ensure ours and there staffs safety. Elias Construction took our vision of having a more "senior" friendly master bathroom and made it a reality. We are beyond pleased with the outcome!! Mickey and the entire Elias Construction team are outstanding and easy to work with.
