John Flannery has been painting homes and businesses since 1994, and his professional residential and commercial painting enterprise has been in business since 1998, providing Twin Cities metropolitan area homeowners and businesses with honest, trustworthy interior and exterior painting. For 11 years prior to the dot com age, John Flannery's painting business was all referral.

At Flannery Painting we specialize in residential painting of existing homes, large and small, commercial painting, and remodels, but we do so much more! Before we begin painting we will conduct a free inspection and evaluation of the room or rooms, hallways, or other surfaces to be painted. We look for flaws in the walls and ceiling that need repair before we put any paint on your walls.

John and his crew went out of their way to meet our timeline and did a spectacular job. Every edge is perfect, they cleaned up daily and w couldn’t have been more pleased. We could have found a less expensive painter, but we wanted the job done right.

Wonderful experience with this crew, very prompt, they repaired all the wear/tear on the walls, painted the main floor and up the stairs into the landing. Also painted our ceiling that had been stained by a water leak.
Quality is fantastic, highly recommend! We'll have them back next summer to do some outside work as well!!

After friends of ours recommended Flannery Painting, we had them paint the outside of our house. We were so happy with the quality of the work, that we had them paint the inside of our house a year later. We also had Flannery Painting repair several ceiling areas that had water damage from a leaky bathroom above. The quality of the work is absolutely wonderful. And the people are very nice and easy to work with. I can't recommend them enough!!!

This company was very professional and did a great job painting our basement family room, bathroom, two bedrooms, and the stairwell in about 3 1/2 days! They fixed any nail pops, patched the walls, if needed, and painted! Very friendly and responsive. Looking to have them back to do the upstairs in the future. They worked with our schedule. All for a good value. We believe our time is worth money as well and it took us about three days to paint one bedroom with two of us. There was only one person working on our downstairs! He was absolutely efficient and made sure everything was cleaned up daily
