I felt very taken advantage of financially by the technician. The service fee was higher than we were quoted, the prices to re-key our locks, also much higher than we were quoted. I requested an email of a line-itemed invoice so I could make sense of why the final bill was so incredibly high. It was never sent to me. I feel ripped off and lied to.
