Simon saved my floors! I had another contractor install real bamboo flooring on slab which they glued down. They didn't clean the glue as they were laying down the floor. They cleaned the glue at the end by which time the glue had cured and the cleaning off the glue completely ruined the finish. I tried to refinish the floor myself and made it worse. When I called around, most contractors refused to take the job saying they won't touch a bamboo floor. Simon agreed to come to take a look. He said he will do his own testing and will only take the job if his testing confirms that my situation is salvageable

Simon and Anthony did an outstanding job with our Foyer floor. We spilled some polish which stained the floor and would not come off. Simon the owner showed me the floor after sanding, which still showed a faint stain. He said he could sand more to try and get it all out, but that it might damage the wood. We took his expert advice and did not have it sanded more. He said the stain might conceal it for the most part. He was correct as after the stain and sealer coats were applied, there is no evidence of the stains whatsoever. The floor looks beautiful!! I highly recommend Flooring Services Group

Simion treated my floors as if they were his own. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful from the first visit to the last. We had him sand our entire main floor, add wood floors in two rooms that had carpet, match the wood between the rooms and restain everything. He couldn’t have done a better job. Thanks Simion!
