Mark has just completed doing a job of totally redoing our master bedroom and bath along with finishing a basement room. All areas of his work were very professional. We were pleased with the design and plans he came up with. What we really appreciated was good communication. He contacted us almost every day with what was going on.

If you value safety and respect, don’t bother scheduling with this company. We asked their representative if they would mind please wearing a mask to enter our home; he responded that he had one in the car, but would rather not and left.
It is ridiculous it’s not worth the business to him to wear a mask. Also, respecting the customer’s home is a good way to start business and that didn’t occur. Very disappointing display of business conduct.

We hired Mark and Persona to remodel our master bedroom, bathroom, and closet in the winter of 2018-19. They did an excellent job!

Mark & Kelsey were awesome to work with, even when hiccups arose. They were prompt to respond, handled all scheduling, and made the whole process as swift & easy as not having a kitchen can be! They truly gave us our dream kitchen. Tim was the most professional contractor I’ve ever had work in my home. All around it was a great experience!

Our master bath was outdated and needed a remodel. We knew what look we wanted, but we just didn't know how to get there. That is where Persona came in. They listened to what we wanted and came up with some great ideas for the floorplan and finishes. Persona has some excellent subs working for them. We only have good things to say about Tim, the finish carpenter and the tile installers, Jay and Lance. They were both very professional and respectful and took pride in their work. We are absolutely loving our new spa like bathroom and are so glad we trusted Persona to do our remodel.

Mark and crew did a great job on our kitchen remodel. We didn't have a clue what could be done or how to go about it. He guided us through each step in the process and explained everything. The workers were very friendly and careful and respectful of being in our home. Mark was very responsive to questions and concerns. Even though we have a modest home, he treated us as if we were his only and most important customer. He was very good about listening to our desires and hopes and translating that into something practical and that was in our budget. We loved the colors and designs they suggested

Mark recently designed and finished an amazing remodel of our 5 bedroom log home that you will have to see to believe. From the beginning, we knew we were lucky to have found Mark and his team. If you're reading this review and unsure about who to hire, your search is over. Our remodel has turned out better than we ever imagined it could. The results are simply amazing, the quality of work is second to none, and Mark’s professionalism unmatched.

Called to get an estimate, and ask about what services they offer. Told them I wanted tile for a bathroom. The owner was rude and couldn’t give me a straight answer or not on if he gave free estimates. Then hung up on me, not very professional would not want him or his crew in my house anyways just after a few mins of talking to him.
