Shocked at the price tag of $135 per 30 minutes to tell me the LED bulbs installed were causing RF interference. Efficient, but good Lord that’s excessive. I’m centrally located and didn’t have you here more than 5 minutes. Effective diagnosis, but I feel ripped off which will likely result in researching other options in the future.
I work with doctors who save lives. Case and point, my son was saved by the very doctor I work for. They charge less money. Just saying.

I had a new door installed this afternoon by Adam. He was very personable and friendly. He was here about 2 hours. Took all old parts out, put in all new hardware and cleaned up completely. Everything looks and works fantastically! Wouldn't have even known he was here except for the sound if the drilling.

Adam installed a new garage door at my mother’s house this past week. He was an absolute delight to work with and get to know. He was meticulous with all the details and just so friendly to chat with. I would recommend Wayne-Dalton of Syracuse to everyone! They are wonderful! Professional and so friendly and courteous. I’m so glad I have a new garage door opener. And Adam was so friendly and informative. He explained everything to me in terms I understood as I am not tech savvy. And if I do come up with a question or concern I would call right away knowing that my question would be answered in language I would clearly understand. Bought a new garage door from Wayne Dalton. Got 3 estimates for new door. Wayne Dalton matched the lower estimate. Installer showed up on time. Adam was the installer assigned to install my new door. After watching how he worked for alot of the day. I believe that he felt like he was installing his own garage door. I could see that he took alot of pride in what and how he was doing any particular task. I feel by getting Adam as my installer that i hit the Lottery. He worked very hard all day. When he left my house, the entire work area was swept and cleaned. The last thing he did before leaving

TERRIBLE.... Received the estimate without an issue and the price seemed reasonable. The problem was trying to put a deposit on the work order. I called and a gentleman answered and I told him I wanted to make payment for a deposit. Apparently taking a payment wasn’t his responsibility so he forwarded me to the woman who was in charge of that. I forgot her name and no longer care because she is horrible at her job. I left her a voicemail and she got back to me two days later. I got around to calling her back attempting to make payment again and surprise.... her voicemail. She never even called
