Absolutely horrible company to deal with. Adam the owner does not even have the decency to return phone calls. Every week there has been an issue with either the cleaner not coming or not doing a good job. When we hired a new cleaning service we had a specific list of what needed to be done in our office. It has been a disaster since day one.

Just got my carpets cleaned and throughly impressed. First off, these carpets were from the previous owners of the house from 4 years ago so they have definitely seen a lot of traffic. Additionally now 4 kids and a dog later, they look brand new and Adam and Kelly were not only professional but truly pleasant to work with.

I came across Metro Cleaning Solution through Groupon. After the first visit, there was no question that I would keep using them! Adam, one of the owners has worked with me since and the service is just really personalized and professional. Honestly, I wish I found this company sooner because they are wonderful and offer a variety of services. So far I have only used them for my carpet cleaning, but will be scheduling my grout cleaning and upholstery cleaning soon!
