Bob Lyles and the RCL team built a new, custom designed home for me. The process was incredibly professional, construction was first class, he managed the timeframe and communicated extremely well and the outcome was beyond our expectations. Bob and his team are always in tune with what is happening at the work site. Wayne Bradford, the superintendent assigned to our project was super in every way. Always on top of the tasks at hand and never says no or “it can’t be done”. We never had a harsh word and most delays a hearty laugh. I would hire RCL again for any project big or small. Regarding cost competitiveness, RCL was 10%+ below the other bidders. We have been in the remodeled house for over a year and it still looks great. Any issues that have come up after completion, Wayne was right there to address the issue no questions

I have seen there work. I know a lot of their employees. Would I hire them? Absolutely. My problem was being told they would call back and didn't. If you're ok with that you'd probably give them 5 stars. The quality of their work is as good as anyone in town. I heard the owner was great to work for. That was my intention.

We are so thankful to RCL for transforming our house into our dream beach home! We cannot say enough about RCL! We can honestly say that Bob Lyles and his entire staff have been consistently professional, fair, and provided excellent, high-end workmanship and attention to detail throughout the entire process! We would be remiss if we didn’t mention Patrick Rye, RCL project manager, for his tireless efforts to ensure we were always pleased. I could not recommend RCL enough. They built a 7700 sq ft home for me in Vero Beach to my utmost satisfaction. The house was built on time and on budget, professional project management ensured a smooth running of the operation, great attention to details, a clean site and happy neighbours. I think Bob Lyles is one of the most honorable people I have ever met in the home renovation/building business. He is calm, very efficient, thorough, on time and on budget......he is also very realistic about timing on projects.

Five stars for sure. Our new home was begun as a spec developer project and the footings had just been completed when we committed to purchase. RCL promised completion 12 months from then. How about the fact that we moved into our new 5400 sq ft home on the exact date they promised.
Also the fit and finish is amazing. Everyone who visits is impressed. Six months later we have no open items and minor fixes are addressed quickly. Now we will see how it does in hurricanes.
