In the process of my wife and I buying our first house, the deal almost feel through due to an appraiser wanting the front masonry stairs completely replaced prior to the sale. This would have been a several thousand dollar project that would have been at our cost. When I reached out to grandview architecture, they responded almost instantly and using their over-a-decades-worth of experience, came up with several ideas to satisfy the appraiser without having to replace the stairs.
