The three crew members arrived as scheduled. All were very pleasant and courteous. They did a walk around with me with plan/sketch in hand to ensure my expectations of the job before unloading material to start work. It was an extremely hot day, but all three worked efficiently and kept me apprised of the progress. They did all the measurements, drilling of posts, filling of concrete. They returned the next day to complete the gates and fencing. Beautiful work. A-One work. So happy to have hired Best Vinyl Fence.

Ryan Aguda is very easy to work with, very responsive and always met my needs! Their installation crew does an awsome job as well! Very persistent! We were so excited for our new fencing but never expected so much hassle. Starting with getting an appointment for them to come and we mention we work and so we need to know when they are coming. The person scheduling makes a comment we all work. How rude!! Then they come put the posts in and then they don't show up until over a week later. They just show up whenever what is hard is we have dogs. They finally put up the fence but the gate takes another few weeks. The gate is finally put in but it's totally fabricated wrong and the worst part is they know that but the put it in anyway

One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or you will regret it. Delay after delay and poor responses. At one point, was even told "it is what it is." Unprofessional and unbelievable disrespectful service.
I attempted multiple times to have a fair outcome. The sales rep RA was literally yelling at me on the phone. I was the one with the bad service and stuck dealing with the issues but they were quick to blame the customer and everything is the customer's fault. I had to fix their errors on my own time with my own money. Once again, PLEASE

I’ve been trying to contact all these vinyl fencing companies and none seem to want my business. My project is almost finished with the missing touch of a vinyl fence. I’ve emailed best vinyl fencing twice in the last 2 months. Called 2 times and left a voice message after the lady transferred me to another employee. Pretty disappointed seeing that they have many great reviews and I struck out. Beware.

They communicated what they were doing and when they didn't have the right fit for our original vinyl they quickly retrieved parts from their shop. Made first contact at the BIA show and set up appointment for estimate. Because we talked to BV people at the show we were given the show discount. Price quoted, which included them getting the C@C permit was reasonable. Paid the down payment and was given an estimated start date.
The first day started with a bit of a glitch. Crew came a bit later than we were told and when they arrived they informed us that they did not realize that they needed to tear down and remove the old fence. Set back the work process a little bit. They finally got to work

I have had several fences installed by them and each time they were very professional, including all the employees from Ryan the estimator to all the men who do the hard labor. Everyone is pleasant and they answered all my questions courteously. I have another fence to install and I'll be having them do the job.

2. It took nearly 4 months to start the work (45 days more than estimated date of start) I had to call many times to remind them. No one called me and explained why it was delayed. I had to call myself and find out what was going on.

Best Vinyl was really easy to work with. Med, the estimator, came within a reasonable time, and we had a nice discussion about what we wanted. What I liked about him is that he knew our association rules better than any of the other estimators we talked to, and we modified our project accordingly. They helped us get our documents for the association approval ready, and applied for the C&C permit as well.

Estimator Randy Pilar was very professional Nd courteous in his presentation of Best Vinyl products and descriptions of how the final construction would look.
Supervisor Gerald (sorry, didn't get his last name) did a great job of making sure the build went as planned. Each of the workers had a great work ethic, stayed focused, never complained, and took time showing the various stages of assembly.
I could not be more pleased with the entire project, from personnel to last day of the build.
I highly recommend Best Vinyl.

We now have a beautiful fence! Randy was always just a phone call away. He always answered our concerns promptly, and if he did not know he would find the answer out right away.
Our timeline was difficult because after we signed the contract, we found our sewer line under the house was in need of replacement.
The sewer line ran right where the fence was needing to be built. Best vinyl patiently waited over a month and a half while the sewer was repaired. Randy was so kind and reassured me that they were fine waiting until we were finally ready for the install.
When the time came, they got us

After waiting for about 3 weeks we finally were able to get a response and were able to get most of the parts for our patio that were in much better condition. But as I mentioned we got MOST not ALL. So, yes we are still waiting on the remaining parts to finish our patio. Although we got better quality items this time around in all, this whole ordeal from when the Estimator came out, to picking up the material, returning the damaged goods, picking up the better material and now waiting on the rest it's taken almost 2 months and counting. So here is my point no customer should

We did some irrigation repair work for Best Vinyl Fence and Deck and billed for it 1/30/2019. With no payment we called the office in early March. They stopped answering the two numbers from our cell and office phones. I called on another number and the manager 'Celeste' answered immediately but told me she didn't have the credit card information and would call me back.
This is a dishonest company from the top. Not paying an invoice over a month old. Lying about not having the credit card info. Not answering the phones from our two numbers but answering other numbers.

Our experience with this company was not pleasant.
At first their salesperson/ estimator was very friendly and on-point. BUT once they received the 50% down payment which is required, any form of contact with our sales person went downhill, we had to go straight to the office.
THEN.... when it came time for the installation and dealing with their field crew, everything became PATHETIC and UNPROFESSIONAL.
- Dumped excess concrete in our rock garden instead of putting in a barrel which was supposed to be in their truck.

It's been awhile since my installation. Just this past week my gate post fell off the wall. Guess what? These lazy installers applied the screws only into the siding!!!!! Of course there is nothing behind it.
What shoddy workmanship. Guess the other gate is coming down soon.
Guess one has to watch them do the installation every step of the way. Cannot trust that prideful job is the minimum expected.

Randy was very professional and very informative. He listened to what we wanted and helped us to choose the product that was right for us. He also helped us to stay within our budget. Our fence was installed a month ahead of schedule. The installers were very hard working and explained what was going on. They also provided a dog kennel so our dogs wouldn't run away.
