As a member of an HOA board I have to find quality contractors for our complex. When the owner, Lee was still taking care of things he would make it worth dealing with his staff. Last year a new employee of his recounted our trees to include ones that didn't need trimming. Of course the price shot up to more than any other bid and when I called their office they could care less. I called Lee and he seems to have little interest in the business anymore. I don't recommend this business.

I've been using Economy Tree Care for many years and they're always wonderful. Yessica is a pleasure to work with, her customer service is amazing. She's the start and finish of making customers so happy.
Estimates are done by a licensed arborist and their prices are reasonable.

Excellent customer service, competitive pricing and beautiful tree trimming. This is a great company. I have a huge Chinese Elm Tree in my front yard, it lends a lot of curb appeal to my home, as well as, providing shade in the summer and a home to the many birds in my neighborhood. I don't trust the care of this tree or the others on my property to anyone else.

Good price. But when there subcontractor for stump grinding took an extra 5-6 weeks to come back after his machine was down. The customer service was poor. They didn't return calls or in a timely manor. The feeling of being left in the dark. The clean up crew just compacted the mess and didn't haul away the majority of the debris.

This is the second time I have used Economy. The estimator came out and looked at my large maple tree, and immediately told me it was on the way out. But he told me it would last another year, so I didn't need to take it out right now. I had my tax refund money, so I ended up taking it out. This time, the tree was in the front yard, so they came while no one was home. All I can say is that the tree was gone when I came home, the yard was clean, and they not only ground down the stump, but also the roots near the surface, A thorough job, and I didn't have to spend an hour finishing

I inquired about tree trimming for several trees and bushes in my backyard. Service was excellent--receptionist collected all the info and Lee from Economy was out the next day. Lee was extemely knowledgeable regarding tree types and addressed all of my concerns. The outcome was that he told me I should wait to see the growth cycle--after Spring, since I've only lived her 6 months. I could tell he was sincere. This guys is a class act--friendly, on time, truthful and really professional. I'm definitely saving his card for future work. You should consider getting a bid from this
