Reason #1: The outside of the post, which is exposed to the sun, dries faster than the inside, thus exerting pressure on the outside. Steve the owner was a joy to work with. He knew his business and was able to meet my timetable . He sent his skilled crewman Tony who I can't say enough about. He was so fast at his job and did an exceptional job. Calls were answered or returned in a timely fashion. Steve knew the urgency, meet the challenge and finished ahead of time. The price was a very good value. Steve made a promise and kept it even sooner then originally planned. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I’ve been very pleased with the fence that this company installed for me in 2014. So, when my fencing needs changed recently, I called them again. Steve was very prompt in assessing my needs and scheduling the job. The team that performed the install did excellent work, going out of their way to ensure I had just what I needed. I’m thrilled with the quality and the look!

American Landmark Fence came in at the lowest bid for a custom (4 ft.) white vinyl fence. They had to remove a 28 year old chain link fence, but not only did Steve and Miguel take it out, they completely installed the new fence in one day! What a great job they did and the finished fence is beautiful! I highly recommend this company

Terrible customer service. I met with owner 3 times at my home and we discussed at length the dimensions of what we wanted. When the installers showed up a few months later, I should have known that I was in trouble. Completely un-professional. The workers were at each other's throats the entire time, they screamed at each other for most of the day, and there were several times that i feared we may have had to call the police, because they were threatening each other with physical violence. They left my yard riddled with pluming leaks, they did a piss poor job of clean up, did damage to new fencing

If I could give less than one star I would. Installation was terrible and when we called to express our unhappiness the communication from them was NON EXISTENT. Sagging gates and posts and now several months later a slight bit of wind from a storm and now I am stuck with brand new gates that are shattered in pieces. Which I will now have to pay someone else to come an replace.
