This has to be the worst pest control company I’ve ever dealt with. I have been dealing with a infestation of bed bugs for the past month. They are very unprofessional. The exterminator kept questioning me on the 3 rd visit if o really had bed bugs. I told him to look at my legs, arms and back and I have bern living with them for the past month. They did not encase my mattress and springs after treatment. Bugs all over the top still. I had terminix come out after they came to give me a quote and free inspection and I indeed do have bed bugs. The exterminator that came out has been with terminix

I could not be more disappointed with the complete waste of money their services were. I work in the industry and have renovated several homes. I paid over $300 and they caught absolutely nothing. I was more than capable to do the job plus some for the service I received. Representatives were very nice and professional, but it was the fastest $300 I've ever lost with absolutely nothing to show for it. Not only that, but for who knows how many days I went in the attic to see the lazy reps went right up the ladder and put the cage directly to the left of it, when the hole to the house was no where

We've been regular customers of Mid-Cites Pest Control for many years! We have a quarterly annual service plan with them, but their technicians will come out any time we have a problem! They have never let us down! Their technicians and staff are trained well and they all always do a great job! Jason was our Bug Dude yesterday and he was… exceptional! He is dedicated, professional, trustworthy, friendly, courteous, patient and a great listener! He understood and handled the bug problems we were having with ease and even took care of a problem we didn't know we had! I didn't tell him this

Don't bother, you get what you pay for. This company has terrible customer service and their product simply doesn't work. I had to call another company to combat my issues because they couldn't do it. Their recommendation when I complained that my problem was getting worse was to wait and not use another product because that would stop their product from working. That was a crock. This new company I used handled it swiftly and thoroughly. Big difference. Do not waste your money.

I called Mid-Cities pest control because I was looking for someone to come out to determine if I needed pest control. I spoke with Jane who was very rude and clearly wasn't interested in new business. I can't imagine this company treats their existing customers well if they aren't even friendly to potential new customers.

To say I was unhappy with the service I received from Mid-cities Pest Control would be an understatement. Not only did they fail to provide the services we required, they charged us incorrectly and have made little to no effort to issue a proper refund.
We called them out because we heard noises in our attic. They came out to look in the attic and said they saw no evidence of roof rats (no droppings and no smell) but they put out a bait trap anyway. I told them I thought the sound was too loud to be roof rats. The noise continued, and I called them back out and a new technician moved the trap

Ive always had a great experience with Midcities and have used them for years. Everyone ive ever dealt with has been super friendly and helpful, i was sad to hear they had some bad reviews on here and wanted to help. They're not the cheapest but not the most expensive and i like supporting local small business.

My family home with 4 dogs, a toddler and 3 children have a wasp nest outside our door that is no exaggeration, the size of a football and is swarmed with wasp. The business closes at 5:30, I call at 4:45 and was greeted by a woman and I said I have two questions, told her the situation and asked 1: if someone can get out there before they close and 2: do they have any help or advice for us on how to handle it if not because we don't need anyone attacked. She very rudely and sarcastically says "what no ma'am we can't get anyone out there, it's already 5 o clock!"

When I first moved to Texas, I had a run in with a wild beast. A six legged land creature with the body of a Chevy and an evil eye to boot. I said "ROACH!!!" at the top of my lungs and my husband said, "Oh, that's a water bug!"
