We had a big challenge on this tight-turnaround project located at Alliance Data's location in Batavia, OH. The building's rooftop HVAC system was aging, but the business couldn't afford to plan an AC outage. We replaced the system and added a rooftop control system in a 24-hour turnaround. Our team worked over the weekend to minimize disruption, and operations didn't experience any delay.
