My AC went out Wednesday pm, so Thursday morning I called Alatec. Shawn was here within a couple of hours and explained to me the problem. Because it was raining, he to me they'd try to be out first thing Friday morning. Friday morning, they were here. They explained to me all the situations, bad or good, that they were going to face. Within two hours, I had air again. Everyone I dealt with was so nice and they really got the job taken care of fast! I will definitely be calling them and recommending them to all my friends!

After calling around to lots of companies I felt like these guys seemed the most honest. Their prices were fair and they were very responsive the one time I did have an issue. Great customer service and I would use again.

Needed a technician to come out quickly to my home in Trussville and Alatec had a great response time! I spoke with Mike on the phone and he was courteous and easy to communicate with. Sean arrived on time, was professional and clearly explained the problem, prices and options. Seems like a really honest company that has been around for quite a while so they must be doing it right! Eager to win your long term business by providing quality service and competitive prices. It’s always a bummer to have AC problems but these are great guys to call when it happens.

Alatec went above and beyond for me. They made sure that I had exactly what I needed and nothing more. Their installation professionals did an outstanding job removing my old unit and replacing it with a brand new one.
