Had a sprinkler system installed last fall and new seed put in, we had the system winterized shortly after. Paid for the installation but never received an invoice for the winterization and assumed it was part of the install since they were both completed before the end bill came. Just now recieved an invoice via email 6 months later only because we cleaned out the junk mail folder. Not very professional to send invoices via email and especially not follow up at any point after being past due. I've always received a paper bill/invoice from a company for their work and that's been delivered via

This company is terrible. It takes forever to get a hold of them and actually get a response. The quality of their work was good but customer service is everything today. They have zero customer service. We will be looking elsewhere for future landscaping needs. They obviously don't need the business or they would treat existing customers better.
