This project is representative of the long relationship we've shared with Tommy Bahama, extending back to 1999 and realized in the completion of over 100 projects throughout the United States.
Hope Place is an 80,000 sf five-story building providing emergency shelter and recovery services for homeless women and children seeking restoration. 102 rooms for the program clients are provided on the upper floors of the building. The ground floor provides the Hope Place welcome center, counseling services, dining and food preparation, daycare services, and community health resources.
Mission of Hope is a new emergency shelter and recovery for the Union Gospel Mission of Salem. This much-needed facility will be located just north of downtown and will enable UGM to provide hope for those in extreme need in the form of 200 emergency shelter beds, and accommodations for an additional 80 men in various stages of recovery and restoration.
