These individuals are a bunch of cowards!!! My daughter complained that they were cutting branches and were falling on our pool pump! The cowards told her "f..k you!" She complained to the owner and unbeknownst to him, he was on the loudspeaker and told his receptionist to tell my daughter to "f..k off" what pieces of sh..!!!! I'm surprised at the poor reviews because I've used Roley's Tree Care for many years and he's always provided great service. I recently removed juniper plants in the front yard and wanted to re-landscape it. I didn't know he did landscaping until I talked with his office about my Chinese Elm tree. He came out and we discussed a 2-phase plan. It was a much more involved project than I anticipated as the roots from the junipers were difficult to remove and there was a lot of dirt under them on the hillside they had climbed up. BEWARE!! This is a scam artist!!!
I live in a gated community and in November 2020 I was having problems with the Liquid Amber trees behind my house. They were dropping sap and spiky balls all over our patio and my dog was eating them. I also had concerns about them swaying in the wind and potentially falling on the roof, or house. I wanted them removed but I had to have an arborist look at them and send a report to the HOA to do a request. I contacted Roley's Tree Care to come out and write up a report. I was told beforehand about the fee to come out, and that was fine since I needed details

What Roleys tree service guy said is a total lie. Dale doesn't know the law changed in 2013 he's not knowledgeable about the law he hardly knows one plant name from another. I suggest Dale you check the laws and. Learn about plants. I never lied to him or yelled at him and when I called him on the phone he said it would cost me 510 dollars to come out NOT 250. I have the check with his name on the back this is what Roleys tree service did to my planters see pictures below

Have used this service for 20 years. I found the entire process professional and thorough. There was a very large tree near a fence, They did a good job removing trimmings from both yards. My most precious and challenging trees were beautifully done, removals were complete as agreed and they cleaned up well. They did a good job on other less challenging tasks as well. I received good advice and small acts of helpfulness. I will continue to use this service.

I told Dale my husband has ALZ and he's a runner...his workers left a 10 foot ladder against the fence [picture on FB] very dangerous for a professional to do...he said I yelled at him totally untrue...he charged me 510. Dollars for a less than 20 minute consultation....I do not recommend him for any tree service . He told me he does landscaping but when I told him the name of the plants I wanted he didn't know what they were... Don't hire ROLEYS TREE SERVICE:-the cost to remove the tree branches and grind the roots cost me 3000. Altogether. I was quoted by another tree guy 1800. Boy was I fooled

My mistake for not doing my homework on this one. 5 Sycamores and 1 pine trimmed (lightly) in 5 days. Buyer beware: He charges on a per DAY basis, not a per TREE basis like most other tree trimmers. Workers get here at 8:30, take an hour + lunch and leave at 4:30 so you are not even getting a full 8 hour day of work for the $1650 a day he charges! Dale promised another 1/2 day of work on the pine tree "for free" (I have the contract copy to prove it) but the workers were still working on the #5 sycamore at 2:30 pm and never touched the pine. 1. The payment plan was something Dale offered. He chose to come out without payment up front because he said he needed the work for his guys. We had told him that the higher rate would mean we wouldn't be able to schedule it right away and that's when he offered to split it into 2 payments.

Roley's was hired by my neighbors to look at a tree that is divided by our property line. The neighbors wanted to cut down the tree to build a fence. But for my property, the tree creates lots of shade during the hottest part of the year, saving me money on electric bill. Had Dale come to my home and paid him $255 to just show up. Looked over my yard and trouble areas and told me he would get my yard fixed up. He seemed knowledgeable and seemed like a great guy and was willing to help us. Told me the charge would be $1650/day and there was two days of work to do what I wanted done. Said he would send a bid for me to look at and I had to follow up twice to get it in my hands. I should have stopped there and went a different direction as when I got it it had half of what we discussed and the scope of work was barely legible on the bid. I questioned multiple items

Needed a large palm in my backyard removed because it was growing into and damaging my fence. Contacted Roley's and was happy to learn they are licensed and insured. Dale, a certified arborist, came out as scheduled and quoted me a great price, not only for the tree removal but also for the fence repair.
His crew arrived on time, were professional and not only did a great cleanup of my yard but cleared my neighbor's yard of debris also.
