Don't know about the negative reviews, these guys did a great job on my hardwood floor. My old pine hardwood floors were cracking a bit. The first contractor I spoke with recommended putting a new floor on top of the old one, and would guarantee that would fix anything. Someone recommended these guys, they came in and actually, you know, replaced the old boards with new ones and finished them so that they're indistinguishable from the old ones. Floor is like new, very pleased.

The salesman, Tom Monroe, high pressured me to pay my balance immediately which I did, yet despite three requests, Classic FLoors did not have the integrity nor courtesy to emailed me a copy of my credit card charge nor invoice that shows a zero balance, which I have requested three times and need for insurance purposes. Therefore, I would be very cautious doing business with such a company and consequently, could not recommend them.
