Simon came personally with his assistant to assist me. I was nervous at first as this project is the first for me. He explained everything to me and reassured me that he was going to be with me throughout the project if needs be. I am happy with what has been done so far. I can only see good things right now and I love his shop location. He is the real deal and there are only a few charging these rates. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. And 💋 to nabel for all her help. We are an hoa that hired Simon architectural to replace rotted t1-11 with Hardie board. we got a price with Simon for 138,000.00 with a 35,000.00 allowance. We paid these guys 14,000.00 first check draw 2nd was for 28,000.00 3rd was a change order for 4,700.00 so a total of 46,700.00 with this amount being paid it should have completed 5 of the 30 units.Things seemed to be ahh ok in the first 2 days a gentleman victor came in a pick up truck with 2 other guys they tore off all the rotted wood they went up to the insulation. You would think that you would cover up that insulation NOPE NOT THESE

Simon Architectural is by far the best architecture firm we've ever used. Richard and his creative development team took their time to learn about our projects, was very detail oriented and was always on budget. What I appreciated the most was when they suggested finishes that were new to the market to reduce costs that I hadn't thought of. As a developer, I've worked with tons of architecture firms and can honestly say that Simon Architectural has exceeded expectations. I hate feeling like I have to babysit firms I work with, but I know I am good hands with them. Looking forward to working with
