CarPros...No different than every other used car lot! SHADY and DISHONEST!!! If I could do a half star I would! We test drove a car and noticed it was "missing". They claimed they couldn't do anything until the check engine light came on, but changed the fuel filter anyway. The car ran better but still not right. Brandon (salesman) promised at least 10 times that if and when ANYTHING went wrong or the check engine light came on that they would fix it with no problem!!! "We want your repeat business and tell anyone looking for a car to come see me" ! Within a few days there

Ryan and Leo were such a joy. My family and I originally went to car pros just to look. I ended up getting my first ever truck. Leo was a funny person to be around. Always throwing jokes. When we got into his office to talk about financing. He asked us if we wanted any tea or water, we politely declined but I appreciated the offer. We talked about down payments and financing and he said that we probably won't know till Monday if we got approved for the truck or not. So he said he would let us know. That same night he said. Got stranded here when our car broke down and the employees were so kind to let us use the restroom and sit in some chairs in the shade while we waited. We were there quite some time as it was a Saturday and the towing companies were busy but the folks working there never complained once about our presence. Thanks CarPros!

Service was ok found the car I liked. Then when it was time to get my plates I was unable to due to Car Pros not sending the title work like they were supposed to. Finally 4 months and another temp tag later my stuff is in. unfortunately for my coworker who got her car from here also they did the same thing to her and continue to give her the run around. Also whatever girl we've talked to there is rude. Find your car somewhere else.

These people are fantastic! Taylor and James are knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. These two make a great team and were great people to deal with. There really are such things as "a no pressure dealer" and "an offer you can't refuse". I would absolutely, without hesitation or reservations, recommend buying from this dealership. I really don't even want to give this place one star. I am really disappointed in the way that James Geppert does business. He knew that I was driving a long way for a specific car that I had contacted him about. I had an appointment. When we arrived, he had us wait. Finally, he informs me that he sold the car a couple of hours earlier. He had emailed me to confirm the appointment so the least he could have done was to email me that it was sold. I feel that he was jerking us around to get us on the lot to try to sell us another car. My husband is a disabled vet and driving very far gives

My husband and I were looking at a commuter vehicle to get me to and from work. We came here thanks to the only other review and am so glad we did. Pulling in we were a little iffy to put it lightly. They didn't look like they had a lot of vehicles to sell and most looked way more than what we wanted to pay. There, coming down the stairs is Fuzzy!!
