Zero stars, do not use, you are being taken advantage of.
Positive: they showed up when no one else would in the middle of the night.
Negative: they did a 200 dollar fix for close to 500 dollars. They then told me my 6 year old AC was 12 years old. Then they tried to sell me a 6000ish dollar unit for 11,500. Or I of course could give them 180 a month to lease a unit from them (22,000 if the system worked for 10 to 11 years)
Massively overpriced and techs are clearly under immense pressure to sell units. They're closer to a scam than a legitimate business.

Again, if zero stars was available I would rate them zero. Our AC system is about 8 years old and was not cooling effectively. "Service Experts" came out, replaced capacitor ($232) and contactor ($210) and charged $140 for "membership" which I guess was for the call out. The next day it was dong the same thing, they came out again and said that although the repairs that they did the day before were necessary it was actually a valve which was not working. They suggested two alternatives - a repair which would be another $1560 (and would be delayed until they could get the part) or a full replacement

I would give zero stars if I could. This is the worst company ever. I purchased a new unit and when they installed they set off sprinkler system and flooded my unit and unit below me. It then failed inspection, had to have an electrical repair. I told the technician to make sure he took photos to send in for new inspection and he failed to do that. Last week unit started leaking water everywhere and they came and temporarily fixed. Woke up this morning to water gushing everywhere and my daughters bedroom carpeting behind the unit completely soaked with water. I have been calling for almost 3 hours

I was disappointed how I was treated by my ex HVAC contractor. I couldn't get a service call without first giving a credit card. Keeping in mind I've been a customer for 5 1/2 years. I decided to call Svc Experts and was very satisfied how Jennifer handled my call and got a tech out within an hour. Unfortunately I needed to replace my unit but they have a painless lease option that just makes sense to a full time resident. We met with Alan and decided on what unit best fit our needs.
