Our latest development includes both single family and duplex condo sites. Located in the village of Slinger, Wisconsin, these lots offer the feel of the country while still having a convenient travel location. These generous sized lots will easily accomodate a full size ranch home including 3 car garages.
While home building has always been a main stay for us, we have also developed several condominium projects. Our 34 unit Fox Ridge Condominium Association located in West Bend, Wisconsin proved to be an asset to both the owners and the city's west side. Other developments include our 16 unit condominium development in the village of Slinger, Wisconsin.
