After studying Construction Engineering Technology in college, I began my career in Construction Management. I was fortunate to get to work with numerous contractors, engineers, and municipalities on several different water, sewer, and gas main projects. These knowledgeable professionals helped me build my foundation on which now I am using as a Master Plumber.
One of my childhood dreams was to own/ operate my own business, so after several years, I felt it was time to make my dream a reality. So, I left the commercial construction industry and began my journey to here. I started as an apprentice, and with hard work and an eagerness to learn, my new company, JET Plumbing, LLC was formed.

Short answer: Jet knew I had an emergency situation and said they could come out only to call at 5pm saying never mind we don't service your area.
A stranger drove up in my yard and busted my water main. When I called Jet I stated I had an emergency situation and needed someone to come out today. I double checked that they serviced my area, once via google and once on the phone. They said it would be no problem and that someone would be right out. This was at 3pm. At 4:45 I started to get nervous they weren't coming, so I called them back. It was then I noticed it was a Jackson phone number. I

Had to have lines reworked due to pipes bursting in slab. Called owner Taff and he sent someone right over. Next day guys were on site and working on getting the job done. Guys were very friendly and cleaned up everything before they left. Taff explained to me what they were going to do and gave me an initial estimate of best case scenario and worse case. Estimate was right on the money. Taff was very friendly and very honest about what the work was going to involve. Will definitely use them again if I need any plumbing needs. Great company and super easy to deal with! I highly recommend!

A friend highly recommended this company for my plumbing issue. Taff was knowledgable and professional from the start and quickly got me on the schedule for my repairs and answered all of my questions. His team did exactly as he said they would and gave me a call ahead of time letting me know when they would be there and were punctual to the T. They quickly came in, found the problem and made sure to show me everything every step of the way and keep me updated (in terms I could understand). My brother in law is a plumber as well and wanted to supervise, despite my protest, but they handled that

My warranty company sent Jet Plumbing. I had a toilet that was running constantly. After the plumber broke the toilet by over-tightening the bolt, the bolt and a section of the porcelain broke away. They left saying I would need a new toilet. They never returned and I was not able to contact Jet Plumbing. I eventually canceled by Home Warranty contract who denied my claim on Jet Plumbing. I called another plumber who gave me complete and professional service. The toilet was replaced.

What a great group! They have been here twice for different plumbing issues. Josh, Charlie and Kevin are terrific and work as a team. They give you a time frame, call you to let you know they are on the way, or if they are delayed! Do a great job, and clean up after they complete the work. I highly recommend them. Customer service and quality of work is important to them and it shows!

The guys of JET plumbing were very timely and friendly. I was given an estimate and the services cost what was estimated. There were no surprises. The two guys that came to my house talked through the entire process so that I knew exactly what was going on. Everything was put back in place (as much as possible with outside plumbing work), and my problem fixed in under an hour. I will use JET for future plumbing needs.
