Owner Greg came out to quote the job in late November. Believed they would be able to squeeze the job in this season before the weather turned bad. Got the job done in two days. Very happy with his communication and quality of the work.

I do not recommend this company. They were supposed to put my fence up in May and did not do it until July. They did not return my calls until I left a voicemail saying I would leave them a bad review. They did not call me to say they were coming to do the work I just came home one day and the old fence was torn down. There was no communication. The fence posts that they were supposed to straighten began leaning in November 4 months after they "straightened" them. When I contacted them about it they said it was not their responsibility because I had asked them to reuse the old fence posts. Overall

Greg at Erie fence is a great guy. He installed the original driveway gate 30 years ago. We had to have him out to make some adjustments. He guaranteed his work and came out a second time at no charge. Then, a wind storm blew down several sections of my wood fence, the guys came out and fixed it up. We have now contracted Erie Fence to put up a new privacy fence at the home we recently bought. We look forward to having it up. 5+ stars.

Worst person in the world! GREG he’s very manipulative, he will sell you a dream in order for you to give him money. He will tell you the fence is a “custom built” reality he’s going to Home Depot get in with that me or you can buy for $1.58 a piece. GET EVERYTHING I MEAN EVERY WORD IN WRITING!!! He will tell you one thing but won’t put it in the contract! And make sure he’s puts an exact day he’s expecting to finish and make sure you add if he doesn’t finish by that day you can get all your money back, he’ll write 4 weeks or 6 weeks plus in the contract and that gives him a window

*Update 7/21/17* I am a woman of my word. The fence is up. It is level. It works. It keeps the dogs inside the yard. Once it was up we tried contacting the fence company multiple times via phone and text to ask for confirmation - was it complete? Was is solid? Did it need anything else done? We were met with radio silence. A bill came in… the mail a few days later. We paid it.
I have much more to say about this situation, but I wish to move on from this. I will give them a "fair" rating because while the work was done, I feel strongly that my experience was greatly soured by the below situation
