Darrell arrived on time, wearing a mask, to clean my furnace. This was the first time since installation six seasons ago by Raul at Roper's. I am surprised it even started last winter. He took the unit apart and cleaned every piece, explaining what he was doing during the process. He was fast and efficient. Thank you to all the wonderful employees at Ropers. You are truly amazing.

A/C went out, another service came out and said they couldn't find any problem and I would need all my ductwork replaced. Roper's got me an appointment quickly, and even arrived a few days sooner as they had a cancellation. Jim was very nice, checked everything and identified that the condenser motor needed replaced (and that the other guy had rewired it incorrectly). Jim also found a crack in my furnace motor that must be fixed before fall for safety reasons. Jim explained everything he was checking and doing and made sure we understood instead of blowing us off and trying to push unnecessary

Love this place. I use them for rentals and my own, personal HVAC. Always professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough.
UPDATE: My 21 year old furnace was getting old and creaky and it was time for an upgrade to something more efficient. Naturally I called Roper. They yanked out the old, creaky, rusty bucket I had and A/C unit thingie outside and installed a brand new unit. It contentedly and quietly purrs across the hall as I type this. Techs are polite, hard-working, and knowledgeable. They had all kinds of meters, gauges, and gizmos to make sure everything was working 100%. Always go with
