Pace Pest Control has been our trusted and loved service for all bug / pest related stuff since moving here to Paducah. We take advantage of the quarterly spraying for our indoor and outdoor space (including mosquitos). I've even had him in the crawl space searching for a mysterious stench coming through my ac ducts (turned out a possum climbed into my AC unit and died)...

I contacted Pace Pest Control after a different company didn't show up for their appointment. I was worried that I had some winged termites in my crawlspace, When I spoke with the owner, Phillip Pace, he told me that it was more likely to be ants at this time of year, but that he'd be happy to come take a look (even though I have a reasonably remote, rural property). He gave me an estimate over the phone based on my description of what I thought we needed. He was very friendly and professional (for example, he checked to see if I had dogs before putting bait out for mice). He described

Had a nice conversation with the owner, Phillip, and scheduled an appt. I needed to reschedule the appt. (for three days later) and he was nice about that, although it took him a while to respond. He no-showed for the appt. and failed to respond to my voice mail and text msg (I left one of each). I have never heard from him. Based on this, I would characterize his behavior as unprofessional and him as unreliable. Sad, but true.
