Despite my recent bad experience with Renaissance Carpet Cleaners I gave them a second chance. I was pleasantly surprised the owner himself came to perform the cleaning service. He took the time to talk with me about my experience and the steps he took internally to deal with the technician that caused the issue. I appreciated that he made a point to come himself and that he reads these reviews and takes the customer experience seriously. He did an excellent job on my couch and was very pleasant and professional.

We had a fantastic experience in working with the Renaissance Carpet Cleaners team for our condominium- from the initial communication, to the on-site estimate, and the cleaning itself, the entire team was extremely responsive, processional, timely and delivered fantastic results. They made a long-overdue process blessedly simple and straightforward, and we are so appreciative for their hard work and expertise. After purchasing a home “as is” I had no idea the carpet could be salvaged. We simply wanted to clean it so that we could get rid of the awful smell. When Antonio was done with his work, I was amazed that he was able to make the carpet look like brand new. This is not hyperbole. The gentleman was jovial enthusiastic straight to the point and got the job done. I appreciate the service brother!

Simply put, Renaissance Carpet Cleaners exceeded my already high expectations based on their near-perfect reviews on Yelp. The owner, Mike, was on time, professional, and transparent in the pricing. On the job itself, he was meticulous and thorough and even removed all the stains. To boot, I thought the price was very reasonable considering the quality and amount of time spent. I would definitely hire them again!

Setting up an appointment online for my couch cleaning was easy and I received a response shortly after submitting the form. Antonio arrived within the time frame given and was friendly, professional and gave me a good deal. My couch had collected many stains from my toddler and dog so I was so happy he was able to get them off. I highly reccomend Antonio and Renaissance Carpet Cleaners.

This is the second time we had Renaissance Carpet Cleaners clean our sectional couch. Anttonio called in advance letting us know his expected time of arrival. He arrived on time, was polite, extremely professional, clean and tidy, and demonstrated a no task is to small type attitude. The work was exceptional, we appreciated him going above and beyond. Our eight year old couch looks and smells brand new thanks to Anttonio. Moving forward, we plan to have the couch cleaned on a more regular basis. We will be sure to contact Renaissance again and ask for Anttonio!

I wish I would have taken before and after pictures because that is the only way to see the amount of work Antonio put in. The carpets are old when I say old, I'm now in my thirties and don't recall us ever having any different carpet in my mother's house. Antonio called to let us know his expected time of arrival, he explained everything he did and why he was doing it, and was patient. The price was definitely reasonable and worth every penny, I will definitely continue to use them for cleaning moving forward. Thank you all for your great customer service and exceptional work!!
