Harold K. Jordan & Company (HKJ) is a general contractor that specializes in multi-family residential communities and commercial housing, both public and private. Founded by Harold K. Jordan in Apex, North Carolina--a community 20-minutes southwest of Raleigh--the company has grown to include offices in Wilmington, North Carolina, and Charleston, South Carolina.
We provide a comprehensive understanding of alterations a site will need for a given project in the absence of civil engineering and design documents. While a client can get a site evaluation elsewhere prior to hiring HKJ, it is to the owner's advantage to work with a company that has a vested interest in producing accurate estimates.
Since Hal Jordan founded the company in 1989, our business philosophy has made HKJ successful throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia since 1989-proven with our clients who come back to do business with us again. This is no means a reflection of the business. The rating is for the driver I hope was on personal time. I don't know where he was going. I just know he was driving the company vehicle. This is just about the driver who apparently has no respect for the road. Driving White GMC truck plate NC EM-6598. Made a left off 42 on to 1010 Cleveland school road racing passed me and cut me off from a merging lane. Tailgating the vehicle in front. He made a left turn into a subdivision just passed Shiloh Church and Shiloh road. I was able to slow down to get the name of the company on the side of the truck
