On time and on budget.Our ten week project broke ground in March 1st, 2017 and included a complete exterior renovation and two story addition. We couldn't be more pleased from initial planning to punch list completion. Communication and responsiveness was exceptional and highly professional. I had STEBNITZ Builders do a large remodel to my home. The exterior work on my home is rotting to the point of being dangerous on the entrance to my home. This work was done 10 years ago. I called STEBNITZ but they came out and looked but took no responsibility. I am currently in the process of spending several thousand dollars to have much of the work removed and redone do to wrong materials and poor workmanship. Do not use this builder.

I had an extensive remodel done by Stebnitz. Over $500K. The remodel included two exterior trellis elements and both have completely rotted within 7 years. The company would not take any responsibility for what was clearly inferior material for an exterior application. I would never use this company again.

Stebnitz Builders is a top notch construction and remodeling company that I would recommend to anyone considering a new home or updating/changing an existing house. Their communications, attention to detail, craftsmanship and ability to deliver to scope, schedule and cost is outstanding. We love the work they did at our residence. Stebnitz Builders recently completed the residing of my home. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the workmanship and attention to detail that the crew paid to my project. They removed all of the old siding, repaired the insulation and home wrap, installed all new trim and then added the new siding. They finished with caulking and the repainting of the trim. I will be using them for all of my future projects. Having confidence in your builder is important to me and Stebnitz Builders more than satisfies that requirement. Jim Hertel
