Booked them to do a yard clean-up in October. They contacted us the week of Thanksgiving, informing us that they'd decided to close for the season -- without taking care of our yard. At that point, it was already too late to rake ourselves and have the city take away the leaves, so we had to pay extra to hire another company to do the job.
