From the start Eagle fence was on time and very professional. I did get two other quotes, and Eagle can in the middle. After talking with all three companies, Eagle fence was by far more professional and friendly. The completed product is high quality and was installed in a very timely manner. Eagle fence was amazing! They were upfront about the possibility of permitting taking a little time but fortunately it took less than a week for them to get the okay to build and they were out the following week to install. The entire fence was up in about 4 hours and we have zero complaints!

I shopped around with several companies. Eagle was the most responsive and offered the fastest turn around time. They were good to their word. The crew came in as scheduled, worked hard and fast. The customer service was great. Very prompt and good communication. Installation was on time. I had a metal privacy fence installed. The finished product looks good but it has a lot of scratches that should have been touched up upon completion. The reason why I give it 3 stars is mainly because the doors were cut too short leaving a 2 inch gap between them and the posts. Besides, the door latch contributes to a wider gap which goes against it being a " privacy" fence. I suggest anyone requesting a fence asks for pictures or to see a display so that they know what they're getting. I also suggests

Steer clear of Eagle. I had them come out and give an estimate. I told them I couldn't be there, I was 1000 miles away. They give me a generic drawing that says "trim palms". I asked if I could meet with the person once I got into town to show which trees, told me they don't go back out. Asked if their guy could just call my tree trimmer guy and tell him which trees, again said they don't do that. I'm just supposed to guess? I asked for my money back and took me threatening calling my bank to get my money back.

Very disappointed in this fence company. I had my black chain link fence installed May 2020 and there were issues from the start. The gate had issues closing and the installers also scraped the black paint in different areas all around the fence while installing. I had them come out and touch up all the paint and see if they could adjust the gate. I watched while they tried to adjust the gate by switching the hinges around but made it worse so they told me the gate needed to stay as it was. It was clear when the two guys came out they weren’t going to make it better so I didn’t know what else

What a great experience called them and had someone come out to give a quote and they were cheaper then all the others I had come out to quote. They gave me a time frame on how long it would take to get the permit and install it was super accurate. Fence looks great was a very easy experience. Thank you eagle fence.

We were told they are no responsible for our underground sprinkler lines, which I get...then proceded to cement over an above ground sprinkler head that was next to a post. When we informed them, we were told "sorry we aren't responsible, didn't you read the contract?" Even if they weren't liable, they saw the sprinkler head right next to the hole they were digging for the post. They knew it was cemented in. It was right next to our seawall and was bubbling up from the ground. Even if they believe they weren't liable, ethically they should have told us what happened

If your looking for a fence I would strongly reconsider using Eagle Fence,in cape coral. Took 8 weeks to get installed when they estimated a month. And after that, they busted a water line in our yard which cost $500 to fix. We were basically told they weren't liable because we signed their contract, which keeps them from being liable; so shop smart, read those contracts and don't allow shady practices like this. The fence was gorgeous, but the management is the absolute worst

Great fence. Adds security and home value! I got the black vinyl chain link fence. Three gates. The dog freaking loves it and so do I. Everyone wants their stuff done before everyone else. If your patience you get a good job to be proud of even if you didn't do the job.
Fence went in a week ago Monday. Gate custom fabrication took a few days plus paint then schedule install. Gate install about 1 ½ hours.
Don't get in a hurry. Permit, plans, holidays, vacations, covid-19 whatever! It all takes time. As a best guess from my experience. Plan for a month from decision to use Eagle month to material

This is a true buyer beware company. My wife and I were very happy we were going to finally get our fence. How foolish we were. The problems started the day they started. First the installers (we did find out after the fact that they were sub contractors and the building permit was issued in a completely different company name that we had never heard of) dug holes 4 to 6 inches deep then used a t-post driver to sink them into the ground. They then stretched the chain link and used 50 pound bags of concrete to do between 3 to 4 posts. I told them of numerous problems before they left including

We at first had a great experience with Eagle Fence and loved the product they provided. They later sold the company to one of their employees however and followup is dismal. One of the gate latches rusted completely away and paint is peeling off the fence in several locations. When we contacted them they at first said we were out of warranty and then said when we gave them the final inspection date that 'hardware' is not covered by the warranty. Not sure what if ANYTHING is covered. Don't use them under any circumstance.

Eagle fence installed a fence on my neighbor's property then proceeded to cut my Internet cable and telephone line and when I called the company they could care less. They were rude and complete morons. Dirt and rocks were thrown onto my property and not removed. Trash, wire and fence material left lying around for weeks until I picked it up. Run from these people.

They promised that the job could be done in a single day which is important due to us having a grey hound. There was a promise that whatever section of the old fence that is taken down, the new fence would be up immediately. There was promise the construction would take one day.
They promised an absolute start date, guaranteed.
Never showed, I took a day off from work and lost pay.
They never called to be late, wouldn't answer the phone. Took next day off never showed lost Day at work. No phone call.
On third day I called late was on

We had a good experience with Eagle Fence Corp. Their quote was less than other companies we had checked and the final price was the same as the quote. Brian was able to meet with us to discuss what we wanted and give us a quote within 48 hours of our initial phone call.
