Well wow. These folks were amazing to work with. They caulked and sanded and patched holes in this old house from 1911 and made it looks gorgeous. They were always so communicative about when they were showing up and what they were doing. They dealt with my paint indecision. They did an amazing job w the led abatement process and kept all of my plants alive And thriving. I just couldnt recommend them more.

Blue Moth Painting does an excellent job. I really appreciated the way Donald communicated everything to me. They say what they’ll do, and then do what they say. They did a great job power washing my house, remediating some mold that had started to grow on the exterior trim, and giving the trim a needed repaint. I’m happy with the work done, and I plan to have them come back in the near future to repaint the rest of my home’s exterior.

Donald did lead abatement, repaired, caulked, primed, and painted the front exterior of our home. We are SO pleased with how it turned out! Not only did it totally transform the appearance (so crisp and clean), it is now safe! He prioritized our personal health and environmental health by accomodating our (semi-urgent) timeline, using quality products and safe processes. He is also prompt, a great communicator and is easy to get along with. Definitely recommend for anyone's painting needs!

I am over the moon with how this paint job Donald did for me turned out. A lot of beadboard work and he used a brush so the lines in the beadboard stand out sharp and beautifully. Then a dark color on top that is just perfection. The whole thing was easy and I really appreciate the insights on colors and glosses and finishes that Donald walked me through after I basically handed him a sample of wallpaper I wanted to complement. I was thinking about a navy color and in the consultation he took me through the pros and cons and showed me other choices. I went with his advice and it is just stunning

We live in a home which is more than 100 years old and we put off the painting about one year too long. After meeting Donald McGhie, the owner of Blue Moth and receiving his quote, it was obvious immediately that he was going to be the choice. His background in marketing, art and restoration set him apart from other painting companies we met. Blue Moth is also environmentally friendly and only uses top quality paints and this was important to us. Donald and his team were a 10 out of 10 every day they arrived and for each stage of the job. It amazed us how meticulous and organized these guys were

Highly recommend Blue Moth Painting. Donald transformed our old Trinity Park kitchen through his work on the walls, ceiling, and cabinets. What really sets Donald apart is his attention to detail and thoroughness before and after the painting itself. For us, this came in the form of tedious patching, skimming, and hardware work, including hand-sanding cabinet hinges that arrived with a chrome finish we hadn't anticipated. Donald truly went above and beyond to make sure our project came out in its best possible form. We've already shared his info to several neighbors who've been impressed
