Not even my third summer with this deck and this I what I have to deal with. When I asked how this happened so quick I was told by Mike, "you didn't expect it to last forever did you?". No I didn't, but thought at least a good 10 years. Mold and unprofessional work. Pictures to prove it. Mike got paid so I guess that's all that matters. This was the "fascia" used on the deck I paid over 5k for. Anyone can clearly see the boards are cut short Shabby work.
