Went into Graham's today looking to spend money and like normal was treated like garbage with unhappy, miserable sales people. It's a shame, I end up driving another 20 mins to Ferguson where they are at least kind. I bought about 10k worth if patio furniture with them about a year ago and 3k in lights and wish I would have brought my business elsewhere. Looks like I'll be calling Ferguson to order this light. It's a shame.

Met with Anne and Tracey yesterday. They were amazing! They quickly understood what style I was looking for and they went to work. They showed me pieces on the floor as well as items in their catalog. Over a few hours we will able to purchase everything we needed for a large home. They were patient and brought up things to consider that I wouldn't have thought of! They made something that could have been stressful, fun!

We bought a couple of ceiling fans here. The selection was great and we found two that looked really nice. However, one of them (by Craftsman) was very expensive and very difficult to install. For $500+, this fan should have been easier to install with better instructions. The reason for my two star review is that the salesperson did not mention any of this when we bought the fan. Either she was unaware, or knew but did not mention the special requirements to install this fixture. Unlike any of the other fans we installed in our new home, this one had to be re-wired to fit with our standard 2-switch

Shortly after I left the review below, I was contacted by Randy Smith at Graham's. Communication improved greatly once Randy became involved with our issue. He was able to track down a replacement light fixture at another store and had it installed in our house within a couple weeks. The installers were top notch as well.
I hate that I had to leave such a bad review at first to get some traction with Graham's, but I have to give kudos to Randy for getting involved and making things right. I'm hopeful that our situation was not typical and his staff at the

Wonderful design team, used Grahams as builders preferred choice. Easy appt. set up, and Ann has tons of experience. I enjoyed her honest and clear suggestions, and also saying if she didn't prefer the selection. Feedback in all areas is great! There were some back orders, and that was easily set up and installed after my homes completion. There was one small challenge with a light, and no questions asked, just immediately take care of by Aaron and his team!

I will start by saying the lighting and decor here is beautiful. However, my experience was not good. I was ignored the entire time I was there. I was ready to purchase two fans and a light, but every single person who was working acted too busy to help me. I had a question about mounting and finish. Even when I asked for someone, no one came over. I was swiftly passed by by multiple people working there. Do you have to make an appointment to get help? Frustrated as I was ready to purchase, but not comfortable spending my money at such a pretentious place. Won’t be back.

I highly recommend going to Graham's For outdoor furniture. Nic Harpe works with the outdoor furnishings. He had about 15 different lines to choose from. He was wonderful about really listening to what we wanted for our back porch and he got us exactly what we wanted! He even helped us put it together with pillows and an outdoor fire table. We absolutely love our furniture! You will not go wrong doing business with Nic. I suggest calling for an appointment unless you just want to look at their displays.

Decent selection although some of the stuff is weird looking you would never buy in a million years but the real problem here are the prices. I love shopping lighting stores can't stand the big box junk so I was hoping for something good here but the prices are just so ridiculously overpriced it's just not a place you would buy just browse.
It's stores like this they put themselves out of business and this is why the Internet is killing everybody because prices are just too high and you can find the stuff elsewhere for a lot cheaper.

We bought American made patio furniture and a concrete table and chairs for our upstairs lanai. Not only is the quality fabulous, but the service we received was even better. Nick is absolutely amazing! He is personable, knowledgeable of their outdoor patio lines and vendors, and walked with us through the entire process of selection, buying, and delivery. He even came out to our house to make sure the pieces complemented the space. Thank you Nick for a job well done. I came in to look at just one light. I loved the selection in the store. Great wide range of choices. I was asked by three different people if I needed help. I worked with Ginger and she returned my call in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the entire process. I highly recommend this store if you want perfect high quality lighting without the big box store selection.

Our builder used Graham's. Sales people were somewhat nice and pretty helpful but that came after they knew we would be buying from them. We went in before and were pretty much ignored. The problem is 6 months into living here i have lights that don't work properly, one that fell off the celing in my daughters room. I ended up missing a fan for my office that we had picked but was never on the list. A front porch light has a bulb that constantly unscrews itself. They are NOT cheap either. I can sit at home and look on the internet and pick lights for an entire house cheaper and

Took an extra month to get my order in. Every time I called they referred me to some sales person who didn't return calls. When I went to pick it up, they couldn't find it for some time, the. They brought me a box that had been opened!After some research, I found the same exact lighting elsewhere for hundreds less and they had it in stock. I was ripped off.

Disappointing experience. Ultimately what separates a showroom like this from the many (and largely less expensive) internet options that you can find is customer service. Unfortunately, they don't do that very well. In five years, this place won't exist due to their lack of understanding that.
Spending $20,000 on fixtures for your house? You will be treated well. Spending less than $2,000 on a few fixtures? You will be lucky if they can even find your order (like us).

Their problem is customer service. And it's a BIG problem. My wife and I were recently building a new house and our builder had us work directly with all of his subcontractors to select our finishes. Out of the half-dozen subs, Grahams was the absolute worst. To make a very long story short, their employee Ginger (who i think has been there for a LONG time) is rude and very difficult to communicate with. My biggest complaint (PM me if you need to hear the full story) was that Ginger said she did not know how to use e-mail--she claimed that she e-mailed a quote request that we never receive

My husband and I worked with Darla at Graham's for lighting for our new house. She was fantastic, so easy to work with and knowledgeable. She always had a quick response for our questions and worked fast with our builder in order to get our lights in on time (even thought he ordered late). This was a great experience and we will definitely return to Graham's for our future lighting needs.
